Yesterday there was a deal on the table from two leading pharma now theres a share offering at 5c. Pumpers like you should be banned from this board for posting missleading information.

Remember, BIEI also has a S-1 registration pending, check the filings, so thats more investment money. to expand the product line and maybe move forward on the study. My thinking is hopefully he partners with one of the companies He mentioned in the letter for the study but he wants to put out an entire line of CBD products so he can be self funding and no need to sell shares. He has the products so he could make it happen with the S-1 and some private funding.The higher the share price the better the funding he gets I think.
