I Truly do not know why as you say 'Bobo the Clown' has not gone after those who defame him by calling him "Bobo the Clown" - for defamation of character.

Please review the "Terms of Service" (TOS) for IHUB! ALL posts are "assumed" to be IMO! It is NOT necessary to "qualify" every post. Actually this is true of virtually every website where one is assumed to be expressing an opinion! IMO, BO LINTON IS A "HUCKSTER", A "SNAKE OIL SALESMAN" and A PROVEN CLOWN! Feel better? I have been posting about THE CLOWN since he took over KGET! There have been numerous threats via THE CLOWN's posts on Facebook, BUT GOOD LUCK!

BTW...If THE CLOWN were to actually pursue something, I have computer files that are at least enough to fill one and a half bankers boxes with posts, PR's, and SEC filings. Honestly, I have been "too cheap" and "too lazy" to copy and ship the paper to the regulators! But I did call the SEC, when KGET was to "acquire" GDTK, a defunct company that was de-listed under the THE CLOWN's reign, for 17 KGET shares for 1 GDTK share! Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton ripped-off the KGET shareholders to take care of himself and his cronies! GDTK HAD ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE, BUT LINTON PAID 17 KGET SHARES FOR EACH GDTK SHARE! This completely bullshit acquisition transaction is definitely "fodder" for the regulators! Trust me! Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton does not want to go there!
