I hope you are right! Personally, I think that we got exactly what we needed though...a ruling that a breach of contract claim can proceed in court.


how do you see the courts deciding what the appropriate remedy is? This is a convoluted issue and i have no legal knowledge on which to form an opinion. I do believe, however that mnuchin will make his move before the courts make any meaningful progress. And hopefully the court cases will provide enough pressure for mnuchin to treat the shareholders fairly
