You can't legally buy hemp oil online to be shipped to NC. It was legal for a while. My wife ordered on a Thursday and it shipped Friday. Saturday, the seller had to take it off his website. I have seen it advertised for sale in wal-mart in town here. Don't know how that stuff works.
