i am as disgruntled as anyone but gene doesnt 'get the money' from public stock purchases made thru brokers. you know that, right? only when he SELLS stock does he get funds from stock, and he has to disclose that.

having said that, gene is a coward and a fraud for how he ran this company into the ground. pure stupidity and cowardice.
