Good point nelson. Not sure how much SPWH relies on this, but the unusually warm weather has to be having a negative impact on anything tied to winter sports and cold weather apparel. And that's on top of what has already been a brutal retail space.

SPWH sells a lot of fishing, camping and hunting gear. fishing it is better that it is not a cold winter, because fishing comes back sooner with warmer weather. Camping, call me nuts, I don't know anyone who want to camp in 20 below weather. Hunting gear, I don't think hunting would be affected by the temperature to much being a little warmer winter.

Could they miss. sure but the only thing that has happened since I bought the stock is we saw a good report out of BGFV with a better outlook. The stock is at 52 week lows, rsi in the upper teens, if they hit guidance is trading at a pe of about 6. Has grown earnings year after year. I'm not saying retail is and easy environment, but that stock has already priced a ton of that in and more. To me SPWH risk/reward is fantastic here, If they come in line with guidance and say earnings will even be flat next year I think that could go up 35-60% from from here. so I don't exactly need mind blowing numbers to make money here in my opinion. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
