History says it's a scam. The people behind it are probably putting together the next leg of this story to sell into.

They will get more active on the PR front soon but first thing is to get all the filings and necessary paperwork in place. Taking ownership of the shell was the first step (completed now per NV SOS site). Next step is to get current on filings with otcmarkets.com and activate account with transfer agent. I suspect we will hear more once those are completed. For now, this is the quiet period but smart money has loaded down here in anticipation of a big move to come.
