I might be a bit naive due to fact that I have not owned long. But I'm counting on GCC being up and going by 3/17/17. Obviously the guy doesn't have the best track record. But I do have faith he's working towards trying to make this GCC thing happen. Also I do believe there will be some form of revenue from the oil deal he signed earlier this year. I think there will be green days ahead. Just not as soon as I had initially hoped...
