Considering the campaign launch didn't start until 1q/17, 4q/16 shouldn't be expected to have great numbers. Probably more than 3q/16. A good growth rate is needed, though. Titan needs a steady release of prs and updates. One every 4 or 5 months just isn't going to cut it.

I must agree that things are moving much slower than I anticipated. Still, I believe Titan is undervalued right now and it doesn't make sense to sell.
