Fossa and all, looking forward to Septemper for cool,external coverage of PLFM. The Brazil deal, the South Asia deal, GTE's Russian deal,all of which had one thing in similarity and that were deals are not real deals, they take effect only upon contingency under certain conditions, such as fundings, licenses,. etc. So I positively think that this time PLFM WILL NOT release any deals unless they are signed, sealed and delivered with DOWNPAYMENTS. We have bring forth our own rumors without assistance from the company because it's very challenging to keep confidential material to yourself when many people are invloved particularly if PLFM got gov earmark funding for the ARC upgrade.
