#7292 RE: Citrati #7291

Riley reaffirmed on the call that a partnership typically takes 9 to 12 months to execute once they have the trial data, and that the SYN-010 data needed to land such a deal came last May. So we're certainly approaching the window that he's been alluding to. Also said the P2B sign-off by FDA was pretty much one of last boxes to be checked by many of the partners they were in talks with. Just a matter of both sides now agreeing on terms, imho. Hopefully, BP makes a fair offer, I'm sure our CEO would acquiesce if so. (Also on call he mentioned might make seperate European and Asian deals for SYN-010 too).

Agree, this is biggest near-term catalyst. SYN-004 deeper dive into trial data might come out May 6th - 9th at DDW conference which might reveal the two C-Diff cases in the SYN-004 arm were somewhat result of adminsitrators not following protocol which could imply 100% success if taken into consideration. That might be worth bit of a pop too.

I can't trade because work doesn't allow my buying and selling w/in 60 days, otherwise completely agree that having a core and flipping trading shares is great strategy. I've got to gradually accumulate and hope make the right long-term call. Think at a minimum this gets back to mid-1's on SYN 010 partnership deal. Longer-term (if land SYN-004 deal by 1H18, and get solid SYN-010 interim data once P2B starts) this could be back in the $3 to 5 range.
