Recent spending cuts if done prior to Q3 $ICLD would have experienced approximately $1 million of EBITDA in Q3. Sweet thing is now these improved margins will show up in the report for Q4 this week or next. Institutional investors may take notice once Q over Q earnings start to roll in.
