I've never once stated SS was a savior. I've stated that the board departure was quite coincident upon the draft proxy that was very much contested by shareholders on the chat boards and I know that was communicated to management through several channels.

I've no clue as to why the board resigned. All I see are actions and reactions. I saw myself reject the proxy with about 40% of the shareholders that I collaborated (not including insiders). I saw the board resign 2 weeks later. There's no opinion there, just facts.
