Check Oct 16 2009 1/5 split at 60 something brought it to 300 plus. It has gone down since. Its going to do a 1/7 to make it over 5. A RS is a kiss of death, not a neutral.

Hypi, I disagree that management wanted an RS. I don't see how any management would think it enhances their reputation to preside over an RS. Just don't get it at all.

On the other hand, if they bring the company back from the brink of an RS, many of us will thank them and complain less about their "lavish" compensation packages. LOL
