Don't know too much about tribal laws soverign immunity and such, but my 15 year history of contracts with real indian tribes says that is plain BS.

But I do know for instance that it is BLOOD and not location that determines who are indians and who are not. And it is in the tribal ordinances that way. Not to mention that the inter-tribal courts and the BIA also recognize that "fact".

Thomas Wasson is likely not going to speak out too loudly. When his uncle did, dead days later he died "of a heart attack" after being stabbed 13 times and left to bleed out. Fortunately, Bills was able to sell the ground where it happened as "fill dirt" a few days later.
