That's pretty much the same argument others espoused last time. It didn't work out well for the SHAREHOLDERS.

Reverse split means you will have 1/7th the shares and within a year the same share price pre split. Happens 95% of the time.

If share price gets over $1 and stays there for 10 business days, prior to the April deadline, then there will be no reverse split!
