If I read the Acknowledgements of Investor correctly, these are restricted shares that may not be traded or sold in the United States or traded on any exchange within the US. This agreement was dated November 2016, quite some time ago. It was also for just over 2 million shares and some ability to purchase warrants. Even if this investor has somehow managed to sell his shares on the OTC (it would be illegal) that isn't a lot of potential dilution in any case. We trade far more than that on a daily basis.
