Marcato picked the wrong company here to play activist
My guess is they are buying shares in the after market post a terrible earnings report and forecast
This stock should be down a minimum of 25% post their quarterly report
Stick a fork in this company
Way overvalued!
And selling stores to franchisees and half price Tuesday's and encouraging more takeout does not support this ridiculous valuation in an overcrowded casual dining space
