I discussed this with her, (S. Mars). The impression I got was they assumed they were a reputable company and didn't do their homework.
MV did good for them in some area's, so they ended up being trusted in all area's and got taken advantage of. Growing pains and a lessons learned the hard way. One thing is certain, this is not how RXMD wanted this to turn out.One thing about running a business is you cannot do it all yourself, you have to farm some of it out and put trust in other people. If your not on top of it all problems can arise.

I agree, we all knew, MV was/is capable of some shady stuff.
I guess I learned a lesson also. The next time I am in a stock that I believe in, and they team up with MV. I will make sure the company is aware of it, and if they proceed, i will pass or bail on the stock. My opinion is they were not aware of that possible outcome.
I mean think about it, they all sat down and signed a contract where shady practices where not included, that is usually enough.
