Well, offers were already made and it would seem that rejecting the offers means they felt like it was lower than what the ctual amount they could get for it. Like Robert Herjavek years ago. Offer for 5 million, said no, sold it for 100 million. Sometimes companies want to come in and offer you $$$ for a lotto ticket saying that they are taking the risk when really, the results speak for themselves and they have plenty of upside. The more they wait, the more they have to pay but considering what it is, sometimes you wouldn't want to.
To be frank....I don't care. I KNOW where this is going and I KNOW people will be screaming for those that were selling into some of our bids today. I am glad I don't have those people in our way when the float is locked up.
I am 90% convinced a buyout will happen. No reason to file form 4's if they were going to RS the stock or dilute or make a headway on their own.
