Well said and very good insight to that interview. It would be very wise for Hartman if he planned to lay the foundation for a major run with news of dilution ending this week and then followed up with major news of the large mail in pharmacy.

BIEI IMO is poised for a major breakout here and as the recent dilution news spreads and Hartman presents additional pr's we can bow by .05+
