Exactly right on cdel. MMs are in this to make money as well. They are not in the business just to keep things fair. There will come a time when the lid will blow off and we will soar!

I agree that the low volume is probably the
reason for the .03 ceiling.

I don't think that sufficient new investors will invest
until Deals/Contracts with real names are announced.
