Great dd bro! I'm not mad about the money trust me! It's just I thought they said they don't dilute but than raise A/s just hope something good come from this. I normally quick flip stocks but,I'll just wait this out for awhile!
Can't advertise on Siri until you've got national distribution. Can't have national distribution until you've got product. Can't have product until you've got juice to fill those empty bottles. Can't have juice until you've got a distillery to get it from. Can't get it from the distillery until you've got cash. Can't get cash without toxic loans. Can't get toxic loans until you've got shares to sell. Can't have shares to sell with a maxed out A/S. And here we are.
Will the logistics firm help streamline dilution?......
Just askin'
"We are at a stage now where we have to grow our brand nationally and the key to executing this is having the proper team and tools in place," said Terry Williams, Chief Executive Officer of ISBG. "This deal will be announced within the next 30 days, delivering ISBG with cost-saving back-office solutions and advisory services that will improve our productivity."
The spirits industry is highly regulated. This isn't "rocket surgery." The logistics couldn't be any simpler.
Step 1) Get an importers license. Having one in TX allows you to self distribute, and therefore cut out a middle man.
Step 2) Get bonded so you can store the juice.....and/or
Step 3) Buy bulk from Mexico and add the Viagra to the juice and bottle it in TX, not Florida. It's a long way to central Florida from Jalisco and you still have to ruin perfectly good tequila with the "me so horny" herbs before it's ready to be sold. A distillery in San Antonio makes much more sense from a logistics standpoint. What idiot needs to hire a logistics firm even if they had 100K bottles of juice?
Pierce knows this, but he also knows it's easier to fool novices. He's not focusing on building a brand but running a Pump and Dump scheme.
2 years ago they said there were less than 100MM OS, and they issued nearly 3B in that time with nothing to show for it. Now they're intending to print up to 5B and they haven't even paid DKTS shareholders the nearly $2MM they said they would.
This is sucker bait and not one new label is shown in a liquor store.
Go figure.
My guess is they'll get a few thousand bottles produced and on shelves by later summer or fall, all the while telling novices they've got HUGE purchase orders and they can't keep up with demand.
