You say they'll soon need cash ? How so; they just raised a bunch a month or so ago. What's your rationale for that?
Then , as a result of your premise of raising cash shortly, you project another drop in the stock to new lows I guess.
Since I don't accept your 1st premise, I can't accept your 2nd.
While it's possible new lows will occur, technicals suggest more sideways, consolidation and no meaningful movement in the stock.
I'm sticking with that until proven otherwise.
