From your post you state 250milly were added to the float since feb 22 ? And it ran from subs to almost .03 ? In that time period...something seems off..on a side note for this r/m to go through the merging shell needs to acquire majority ownership of rsii ..so I assume Diprima owns majority if they want control of rsii they need those shares imo
