I believe it's as simple as most of the folks that participated in the offering at $3.50 (when the stock was trading over $5.00) and chose to lock in their profit have finished selling. It appears the dilution has been absorbed and we now have more buyers than sellers. It should move rather easily now with any kind of decent volume IMO.
