The last trade was a T-trade, reported after hours, but it occurred during the trading day.

Now that we know USMJ has already been dumping around 1 billion more dilutive shares, they may have to reverse split or raise their share authorization again within a month or so.

Investors buying shares soon see their %-ownership in the share pool plummet, even as the share price stays the same.

The massive selloff after their reverse split will be a bit entertaining.

Once again, that t-trade was only "indicative" of the cover trade by a broker from a seller that the broker had been executing sells from a block position all day.

I am afraid nobody "bought" 24 million shares in that trade.
