Cliff, I buy the pink sheet equivalents of HBM, LIM, BWR and occasionally others through Ameritrade. I get a quote from Yahoo or TSX, then check the currency conversion rate on XE.com: http://www.xe.com/ucc/. Right now that rate is .901308, and it keeps changing through the day. I then apply that rate to the ask price, put in my limit order at that price or a penny or two higher, and always get an execution (unless the stock is moving fast), often a penny or two below my limit. When I sell I do the reverse, and have always found that the conversion rate from XE.com works.
