Health Canada(HC) mandates all starting materials(genetics, clones, seeds etc) to be tracked from their starting point! ALL LPs have to show proof and tracking of where they get their clones and seeds from. The US is exactly opposite, in the states we have the immaculate conception "clause", ignoring where the starting materials actually come from. There's a pending litigation regarding this in S.Dakota right now.
So in Canada if an LP wants to get started growing out a 20k sq ft room with hundreds(thousands) of new plants on shelves in a vertical farming system, they really only have 1 option - get starting materials from another LP. THC Biomed has invested in the Clone Shipper with the intent to sell hundreds(thousands) of these clones WORLDWIDE.
And the same rules apply for home growers(that want to be compliant with the ACMPR).
And why would THC sell trim when they have an extraction lab AND a license to process their own oil?smh you are misinformed. Supreme does not have a license to do extraction, that is why Supreme sells trim.
Will THC's plan succeed? Nobody knows the future. But you're advice is totally off.
