We know where this is headed everyone has there ears up given how active multiple MMs are here.

On that sale of the unit for $11mill. They bought it originally for $1 mill made money off it and dumped the $4mill to pay off notes.

Putting value is far more important at this time and remember they have also won over $2mill in new work over the past 5 months
