And Intel has been laser focusing on energy efficiency in mobile for a decade. Mobile was the rockstar even when I was still there. So it stands to reason that at higher voltages they can go to 4.4GHZ on Turbo. Whereas Ryzen only gets to 4 Ghz. When you go to lower voltage parts Intel should have an energy efficiency advantage because of their obviously superior process technology AND should be able to get to higher frequencies at that voltage. Remember that Kabylake is a refined version of 14nm and Global foundry is its first spin which was initially targeted at high frequency/performance not low voltage mobile.
