Good points and I think this is providing some better material for all readers to think about. Good post. Still unsure, but if it is a 2015 article, I will personally have my doubts even if they reposted it on an updated site.
I'm not sure how we know the timing of this second website. Also, we know nothing about the individual responsible for updating and maintaining their web domains and web sites. In my experience that responsibility would fall to a fairly low level employee. It may just be a cut and paste job. It's awfully hard to read too much into the data that is available to us.
