I don't know. I am sure the true cause of the volume is very complex. But this whole month really echoes the 2014 run and that had every element of a well executed promotion and subsequent sell off resulting in three years of subsequent lower lows.

It also had a nice PR to give it some legs - a new reactor I believe? But, then as now, there was no follow up news, no contract news as many were claiming was imminent, no revenues, nothing. Could now be different, of course. But I will not get my hopes up too much. Thankfully I don't have to as I am just holding and I have little fear of this getting back down to .05-.06.
