I think there is a 45 day grace period on the 10Q
which lasts until the end of March..
I'm thinking they may need that time..
And I'm hoping that this young company is learning how to match it's damd paperwork with their growth.

if u read the 10k it says that they are working on it so hopefully soon... give it another week or so
