#6068 RE: BERKSHIRE AGENT #6063

When I make a million bucks with ICLD, I will be able to afford to downgrade to a cheap fixer upper and afford to keep my shit car instead of buying a new one.

Poverty is expensive. Ironically, the rich can afford to live a cheap subsistence minimalist lifestyle because their income stream is not locked to a physical place and they don't need to spend to commute and go to work etc.

It takes a lot of money to no longer have to spend money.

I just want to HAVE money and NOT spend it. That's all I want.

I dream of being a rich tight fisted miser that everybody mistakes for a poor.

When I become a millionaire I will finally be able to afford living like a cheap miser.

Coding apps and doing physical training all day, living off my Israel Bonds rents and save most of them.

I will be happy to eat dollar store mac and cheese while gasing at my bank account, happy to HAVE money.
