I think you know my opinion of the lack of a fundamental reason for the share price. The private placement in August has nothing to do with it whatsoever. It doesn't even remotely make sense to value a stock well below a placement price. Manipulation, plain and simple. Every day, starting more than a year prior to that deal. But they are losing traction.
Fbg, ask yourself this: Why would Dan be purchasing stock every month, month after month? Is he deliberately trying to deceive us? Why the friggin heck is he buying stock? Why do you? Why did I just the other day? Why is this board so active compared to other boards? The problem today is when something happens and we as individuals clearly see something wrong (in our personal view), we HAVE to blame someone. Again I ask why is Dan buying every month?
