That is likely the case Angelo. I think MNK signed with IPCI with the same expectation. There have been no issues with the application that we're aware. I am sure management have been in touch on the status of approval.

I also thought that FDA would ok that one by then. It doesn't make sense for them to approve it sooner since MNK can't legally sell it on the market yet. plus there aren't many competitions on the market yet, this one likely get approved by then.
