ORCA, I concur. I see that Kalani is between 20-25% of the daily volume. At the current rate since Feb 24 and assuming 30 mill today that will be approx 170mill in volume. The problem is that Kalani will not be converting @ 2.00 anymore, so the approx 40 mill of selling they have done will likely convert @ 1.85 - 1.90 range thus raising less money. So I agree that they still need to raise approx $70 mill. So if you average $1.60 per share they will need to sell another 112 mill shares. And at approx 25% of daily volume we will need around 450 mill combined volume.

My guess is a roll back say 5:1 which would put the stock price at approx $8.00 and Kalani starts selling at a higher price driving it down from there.

Sorry for the doom and gloom but we saw this on the last roll back, they will not stop selling until the $200 mill is raised. GLTA
