The quality of management determines how money is allocated, for one thing. Destiny dropped the IR firm, for example, so was that extra money spent on Clipstream development or, say, on a junket to an astrological investors conference in NYC? I believe that if this company hadn't been so penny wise for so many years that the Clipstream issue would likely have been resolved by now.

Management also determines how much to pay the engineers and, therefore what quality of worker they're employing - I have it on very good authority (someone who turned down a job there) that, at least a couple of years ago, Destiny was not offering a competitive salary to engineers who would have to live in pricey Vancouver. Was there another reason that the previous version of Clipstream was released without thorough vetting?

By the way, the notion that they were in danger of losing Universal was not public info. The company maintained the delays in the latest contract were caused by illness, and what all ever, other stuff.
