Normally I'd agree with you
but based on the last go around with the Sand vs Weedstreet spat, there's a lot of "communication" going on. It's not a professionally run organization. Just some kids playing "wall Street".
This is the same group that admitted to the SEC that the CEO committed fraud, which if true, would invalidate any D&O insurance they might have. Then they buy back the unsaleable shares from the guy they accused of fraud. And to top it off, Adam pierces the corporate veil to do so. Then there was the communication with Strausse that showed up here before it showed up in filings.
Nothing would surprise me here. certainly not their airing their dirty laundry here.
