CHK -.22 to 5.35, selling off after reporting that they'll be filing their 10K late - hopefully they'll file by Monday as they expect ....

Chesapeake Energy files to delay Form 10-K (5.57 ) : Chesapeake Energy is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2016. As described in the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K furnished on February 23, 2017, the Company expects to report a material weakness in its internal control over financial reporting in the Form 10-K. As a result, additional time is needed for the Company to perform additional testing related to the applicable controls and procedures. The Company intends to file the Form 10-K no later than Monday, March 6, 2017.
