I guess the reason I get so angry is that it breeds mistrust and apprehension for actual investors.

Everyone wants to get rich, but there's a lot of us that actually want to see a company succeed once it's validated itself, and it becomes increasingly impossible to get broad-market support each time a major aberration occurs.
