The permit REQUIRES notifying the FBAR within 2 days.....

any significant finds. Significant is even defined in the permit. It's being suggested Fudd is hiding information from the FBAR.

a. Reporting discoveries
1) The Permittee shall report the discovery of all substantial archaeological or historic remains within 2 working days after their discovery. For the purposes herein, "substantial" means the discovery of any one or a combination of the following: 1) ballast pile, 2) anchor, 3) ship's structure, 4) cannon, or 5) other large concentration of small artifacts or large isolated artifact either historic or prehistoric in age.

So the CEO claims they're on the wreck and the latest reports by Sinclair conclude they see two theoretical trails. One trail is in water too murky too see. They plan to request to amend the 2014 permit so they can use the mailboxes they claimed on Facebook they were already using.

Whatever they conclude and find should be in the reports to the FBAR. Whatever they say to the public should match what's in the reports. For some reason they don't.
