Could also grab a tax loss - but I understand, I'm way underwater as well. Scary thing is: if the company actually had competent management it could pull something off with the lab as a core asset. The testing isn't the real thing (FYI - MMAR growers will need to test as well if they want to sell their crop to co-ops and dispensaries so slightly bigger market than just LPs) - the real potential is their ability under the license to do extraction of CBDs and other compounds. The price of CBD is astronomical. But - I'm not holding my breath as management is a joke.
