MM are signaling to the rest of them that shares are tight and they need shares to make market, but they don't necessarily want to make a judgement to raise the price.
I believe the representing MM for DOLV is wanting a methodical rise in the share price, but no drastic spikes to prevent a disruption once we get the announcement.
My take on this is that once we get the announcement, this issue is going to explode and with these incremental small and steady increase in the share price, will only make the launch a success.
If we get this incremental rise in the share price to the mid .00x's, the rise will only be magnified well into the pennies and with Roberts history and ASCM huge buy earlier only quantifies this reality.
