There is no "delay" at FINRA. That is the excuse used by all scams when they cannot answer FINRA's questions.....without going to jail.

FINRA doesn't process the application on BS answers and if it doesn't get REAL answers it will not continue the application. Many scammers run up against Kevin et al and cannot stand it when someone doesn't just "take their word for it".

Fidelity is weird when it comes to the OTC. I can't purchase any penny stock with a yield or stop sign, but can purchase current or [some] caveat emptor marked stocks. Kinda scratching my head on that one.

As for the crazy floating decimal trades, I don't even see E-Trade allowing 5 digit requests so those have to be coming from the MMs & Brokers.

Oh, well. We know it's a game.
I say don't play if it's rent money but if it's blow money - play away!
