If you're in it for a short term run,perhaps. I am looking for LT investments. Due to the prospect of dilution to fund trials and the massive insider control of the stock I do not find the stock structure or the fundamentals to indicate a LT hold.

Due to the massive insider control the stock can not be predictably charted for entry and exit without knowledge of the insider game plan, so I wouldn't consider it a short term play either.
