Fact is read my stickied post 19442.

Those are all facts.

In the interview with Jason Aplin , he stated that Ifan handled the funding/financing/throughput of the 30,000 beacon deployment via netclearance to the Scandinavian countries.

No getting around that. They had a hand in it, and he works with Netclearance so he would know. And the bacons have been deployed.
