Well a device like this with a gauge or time frame certified and excepted by the court system would help a legalization .. don't you think..

Answer to Hoyo equation.

Quote
how will it generate more money when mj stays illegal and less ppl drive under the influence than when it is legal? im curious for that equation.

MJ was illegal in the 60's...people smoked it in abundance and drove anyway...and got away with it...remember Woodstock? MJ was still illegal in the 70's...even more people smoked it and drove...remember Cheech and Chong? Then the 80's and 90's and 2000's...everybody was smoking it and driving...and it's still illegal. Apparently for the past 60 years no one cares if it is illegal. Where have you been? Along comes the guys at BLOZF...cause they know more than you...they already knew that despite it being illegal...people in all 50 states drive stoned. It's very SIMPLE....MJ breathalyzers are not just needed where MJ is legal.....MJ breathalyzers are needed in states that have cars....duh.

ask yourself the question why canada wants a device like that. cause they are in the process of legalizing it. without legalization its a minor issue.

See above explanation.
