It is correct. The old common shares were cancelled. Just because the ticker has yet to be cancelled doesn't mean the old shares in your account have any value. They don't. The ticker is backed by nothing but air.
You can continue to trade that air until the day that FINRA receives formal notice of the cancelation and deletes the ticker. But you own nothing.
Yep...and all you need is some idiot who doesn't understand that they've been cancelled and is stupid enough to buy them...good luck with that...what's the volume been since Oct when the BK court signed off on the POR...LOL. Happy hunting!
